3. Terms and conditions
Reservations: All reservations must be made through our official channels.
Payments: Payments must be completed prior to service provision. We accept credit cards and bank transfers.
Cancellations: Cancellations must be notified in writing at least 7 days in advance for a full refund. Cancellations between 3 and 6 days will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations less than 3 days will not be refunded.
4. Responsibility
Travel Care Colombia is not responsible for:
Personal loss or damage.
Cancellations due to force majeure (natural disasters, conflicts, etc.).
Problems arising from incorrect or incomplete travel documents.
5. Data Protection
We comply with Law 1581 of 2012 on the protection of personal data in Colombia. Customer data is handled confidentially and is only used for the provision of services.

Approvals and Updates
This policy is reviewed periodically and may be updated. Any changes will be communicated to customers through our official channels.

1. Cancellation by Client:
Prior Notice:
Cancellations made at least 7 days in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made between 3 and 6 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 3 days in advance will not be refunded.
2. Cancellation by Travel Care Colombia:
In the event of cancellation by Travel Care Colombia due to unforeseen circumstances, the client will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule the service at no additional cost.
3. Refund Processing:
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of confirmation of cancellation.
Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used in the reservation.
4. Exceptions:
Refunds will not be granted in cases of cancellation by the client due to:
Documentation or visa issues.
Adverse weather conditions not considered dangerous.
5. Cancellation Procedure:

The client must include the reservation number and details of the service to be cancelled.
6. Modifications to the Policy:
Travel Care Colombia reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Modifications will be effective for all reservations made after the modification date.
