Quote Fee Policy

1. Introduction: Travel Care Colombia is committed to providing detailed and customized quotes for groups, ensuring transparency and fairness in all processes.

2. Quote Cost: Basic Quote: Free. Includes a general breakdown of the services requested.

Detailed Quote: $50 USD. Includes detailed planning, customized options, and coordination with multiple suppliers.

3. Application of the Fee: The fee for a detailed quote will be deducted from the total cost of the service if the group decides to hire the services of Travel Care Colombia.

Quotation Request: Clients can request a quote via email, phone call or whatsapp.

Quotation Preparation: Travel Care Colombia will prepare a detailed quotation based on the requested services.

Quotation Sending: The quotation will be sent to the client via email within 3 business days of the request.

Quotation Validity

Validity Period: Quotations are valid for 15 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise indicated.

Quotation Approval: The client must confirm their acceptance in writing (contacto@travelcarecolombia.com) within the validity period.
